Cancellation: You can cancel your registration for any of our services at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service. You can cancel your registration by contacting us through email or phone.
Refund: If you cancel your registration as per the above policy, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid by you. The refund will be processed through Razorpay payment gateway within 10 working days from the date of cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund is initiated.
No Refund: If you do not cancel your registration as per the above policy, or if you fail to show up for the service without prior notice, you will not be eligible for any refund. No refund will be given for partial use of the service or for dissatisfaction with the service.
